Refund policy

At Imosë Scents, we take great pride in curating and delivering fragrances that embody elegance, sophistication, and authenticity. Each fragrance, whether a full-sized bottle or a hand-decanted sample, is handled with the utmost care to preserve its integrity and ensure that every client receives only the finest experience. In order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality, we have established the following refund and return guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

Full-sized bottles may be eligible for return provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. The integrity of the product’s seal and presentation must remain intact in order for us to accept it back into our inventory. Any product that has been opened, tested, sprayed, or altered in any form cannot be returned, as this would compromise the purity and quality of the fragrance for future customers.

Samples and Decants

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance testing, samples and decants (2mL, 3mL, and 5mL atomizers) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Each decant is prepared to order using sterile tools and handled in a controlled environment, ensuring freshness and authenticity. For this reason, once a sample has left our facility, it cannot be resold or reused, making returns impossible.

Return Window

Clients wishing to return a qualifying full-sized bottle must initiate the request within 14 calendar days of delivery. The fragrance must be returned to us within this window to remain eligible. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted, as our system is designed to preserve fairness and consistency for all clients.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must arrive in pristine condition, free of damage, tampering, or signs of use. We kindly request that clients ensure the product is packaged securely for return shipment, as any damage incurred during transit may affect eligibility for a refund. Imosë Scents reserves the right to inspect each returned item carefully before processing approval.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets all conditions outlined above, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees, handling fees, and any associated duties or taxes are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to samples and decants, gift cards, promotional items, and customized gift sets are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are curated or produced uniquely for each order, and therefore cannot be resold or restocked.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at imosescents@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Our support team will review the matter with care and arrange for a replacement or resolution in line with our commitment to quality service.
