Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance we offer comes from 100% authentic sources. We do not sell imitations, knockoffs, or diluted perfumes. Each fragrance is carefully stored and handled with respect for its integrity.

Can I return a fragrance?

Yes. Imosë Scents offers a 30-day return window for eligible products. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of fragrance, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.

Are samples and discovery sets returnable?

No. Sample vials (2mL, 3mL, 5mL) and discovery sets are final sale items and are not eligible for returns. This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and fairness to all customers.
